Roger Mathews has weighed in on the drama involving his ex-wife, Jenni “JWoww” Farley and her new man, Zack Carpinello.
Last night on Jersey Shore: Family Vacation viewers saw Carpinello get his flirt on with JWoww’s costar and sort of friend, Angelina Pivarnick. The fallout was pure Jersey Shore goodness with, Pivarnick’s fiancé Chris Larangeira calling out Carpinello.
A family dinner became explosive when JWoww confronts Pivarnick. The two ladies ended up in an “all-out war,” according to costar, Vinny Guadagnino. All of the drama led to JWoww dumping Carpinello and no longer speaking to Pivarnick.
Today Matthews, who is no stranger to drama with Farley, is speaking out on the current troubles in her life.

“I want peace with my ex-wife for my kids, and if there is turmoil in her life and in her household, it’s just not a good thing for our children, so I wish nothing but the best for her. I wish them all well, and I hope Jenni and Zack can work through their issues if they deem it worth saving. I’m focused on myself and my children. Onwards and upwards,” the 44-year-old said.
It has been one year since JWoww filed for divorce from Matthews. The two ended up in their own social media feud a couple of months later, with both airing dirty laundry on the other one.
Thankfully the exes have managed to put their personal issues aside to co-parent their two children, daughter Meilani age 5 and son Greyson, age 3.
The Rules According to JWoww author began dating 24-year-old Carpinello last March. She had previously raved about him on an episode of the MTV hit show.
“I never in a million years thought I would be dating someone younger than me,” the 33-year-old expressed.

Matthews has been supportive of his ex-wife’s new relationship since day one. He has also started dipping his toe into the dating world but claims there is no one special right now. Life is all about his kids, according to JWoww’s former hubby.
